Office ManagerMelissa joined the Pet Care Team twelve years ago and slowly made her way up. It all began as a temporary receptionist position while she went back to school to finish her Bachelors in Education after having her second daughter. After just a short period of time, however, Melissa realized that her true passion was working with people and their pets. She knew she would have to start working harder to get to the top so she slowly started assisting the manager at the time. Eventually, that person moved on allowing Melissa the opportunity of managing the clinic. Melissa has two daughters and a Pug named Oliver.
